WebXpress
is
our all-in-one ASP and in-house offering and when complimented
with WebXpressCD, managing
customers' documents throughout their lifecycle becomes
effortless. It
is important to understand
that WebXpress and WebXpressCD share identical user interfaces
and feature/functionality.
WebXpress is
a browser based Inter/Intra/Extranet, application tailored
document management tool used by clients as an outsourced
service or incorporated as an in-house solution. This offering
provides industry-leading capabilities for storing, delivering
and accessing reports/data.
In
the service mode, customer print data streams (3211,
Postscript, PCL, Xerox, AFP, XML formats) are securely
transmitted to DTI’s Data Center, where the information is
electronically indexed and converted to a digital format
suitable for viewing and retrieving through any
industry-standard Web browser.
Associated scanned images
(Tiff or PDF formats) are joined with related data documents
to provide complete integration
for seamless multi-document access from a single user
interface as well as from a single index reference. For
the first time a single index can reference any type of
document linked to any given transaction
Customers
can authorize secure access for their own personnel and even
their customers to specific documents or pages of documents
over private-networks or the Internet through standard web
browsers.
WebXpress
is "point and click" simple so as to eliminate
user training.
